At our 24,000 m² manufacturing base in Nan’an, Fujian, every HSVA valve moves through a documented production chain — from incoming material inspection to coordinated dispatch. Each stage is verified before the product advances.

Raw Material Warehousing & Inspection

Cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and stainless steel billets are received, tagged by heat number and held in the incoming inspection area before release to production.

Precision CNC Machining

Across seven production lines, CNC turning and milling centers machine valve bodies, discs, stems and bonnets to the dimensional tolerances specified in each order — with in-process checks at critical operations.

Assembly & Fit-up

Machined components move to the clean assembly area where our experienced production team fits seats, seals, stems and actuators following standardised work instructions.

Pressure Testing & Quality Verification

Every assembled valve is tested in our hydrostatic pressure test lab. Shell and seat tests are performed per the applicable standard, with results logged against the serial number before the valve is released.

  • 100 % hydrostatic testing — no sampling skip
  • Factory output pass rate maintained at 99.5 %
  • Test reports and photos available for each shipment

Painting, Packaging & Dispatch

Approved valves receive surface treatment, permanent identification and protective packaging. Documents, markings and packing lists are coordinated so that every container leaves the Nan’an base ready for its destination.

Inspection Workflow

Four verification gates before release

Each valve passes a defined sequence of controls. Records are kept at every gate and accompany the shipment.

01 · Incoming

Material Inspection

Spectrometry and mill-cert review for every cast heat, verifying chemical composition against specified material grades before machining begins.

02 · In-process

Dimensional Detection

Coordinated measurements at critical stages ensure flange drilling, bore tolerance and assembly fit-up match drawing specifications.

03 · Performance

Hydrostatic Testing

Shell and seat pressure tests performed on every valve per applicable standard, with recorded curves retained for traceability.

04 · Release

Final Acceptance

Visual inspection, marking verification, packing audit and documentation review complete the release protocol before shipment.
