The work behind a finished valve
The exact route changes by valve type, material and order. The checkpoints below are the practical basis used to plan production and inspection.
Material and component preparation
Castings, purchased parts and order-specific materials are checked against the approved configuration before they move forward.
Machining and dimensional checks
Critical sealing, flange and connection dimensions are checked during machining rather than left to final inspection.
Assembly and pressure testing
Valve assembly is followed by the hydrostatic or seat-leakage test required for the agreed product and project basis.
Marking, documentation and packing
Nameplates, coating, packing marks and shipment documents are reviewed before the batch is released.
