One Valve Order, Coordinated Across Two Industrial Regions
The Dongguan team organises overseas enquiries and documents. The Nan’an team follows production, inspection and packing. Buyers keep one commercial contact while the order stays connected to the people doing the factory work.
The handover should be visible, not hidden.
A valve quotation can change when materials, service conditions or document requirements are clarified. HSVA keeps those open points in one working file and passes the approved basis between sales, manufacturing and inspection.
International sales and order communication
The Dongguan desk receives RFQs, organises BOMs and drawings, records missing specifications, coordinates quotations and follows export documents. Its Greater Bay Area location supports overseas communication and access to logistics and service providers.
Manufacturing and inspection follow-up
The Nan’an team coordinates machining, assembly, pressure testing, inspection and packing. The local valve supply chain helps organise castings, components and supporting processes. Exact lead time and price still depend on the selected valve and order requirements.

What moves with the order
- Confirmed valve type, size, pressure designation and connection
- Materials, medium, temperature and actuation
- Technical deviations and unresolved questions
- Required tests, certificates and inspection records
- Nameplate, marking, packing and shipment instructions
Six checks before the shipment leaves
Receive the RFQ
Dongguan separates confirmed information from missing fields.
Clarify the basis
Materials, standards, documents and exceptions are written down.
Check feasibility
Nan’an reviews the configuration, process route and timing.
Follow production
The approved basis remains connected to manufacturing.
Collect evidence
Inspection and document requirements are checked against the order.
Prepare export handover
Marks, packing and shipment documents are reviewed before release.

Check the people, documents and stated scope together.
Company certificates, factory photographs and quality records answer different questions. Start with the qualification hub, then place project-specific requirements in the RFQ.
