Inspection Scope Agreed Before Production

Valve Quality Control You Can Ask to See

Quality is easier to verify when the acceptance points, test scope and required records are agreed before the order enters production.

Inspection Route

Checks follow the valve, not a marketing checklist.

Different valves need different controls. HSVA links the order specification to practical checkpoints from components through packing.

01

Incoming components

Materials and purchased parts are reviewed against the approved order basis and available supporting documents.

02

Machining dimensions

Critical flange, sealing and connection dimensions are checked during production.

03

Assembly condition

Orientation, operation and component fit are checked before the valve enters testing.

04

Pressure testing

Shell and seat tests are arranged according to the valve type, agreed standard and order requirement.

05

Coating and marking

Appearance, coating, nameplate and project identification are checked before packing.

06

Final release

Quantity, packing marks and agreed quality documents are matched to the shipment.

What can be included in the quality file

Availability depends on the valve, material, order quantity and agreed inspection plan. Required files should be listed in the RFQ.

Qualification Documents

Read every certificate with its scope.

Management-system and production documents support supplier qualification. They do not automatically mean that every product is certified for every market or project.

Buyer Questions

Confirm these points before the purchase order

Does every valve receive the same pressure test?

No. The test method, pressure, duration and acceptance basis depend on the valve type and agreed standard. State the required standard in the RFQ.

Can HSVA coordinate third-party inspection?

Third-party or customer witness inspection can be discussed for confirmed orders. The hold points, notice period and cost responsibility should be agreed before production.

Are inspection photographs automatically included?

Photograph requirements vary by order. List the required stages, angles and identification details when the inspection plan is confirmed.

Your Inspection Plan

Send the acceptance requirements with the valve schedule.

We will identify which records are available, which need to be arranged and which requirements affect price or lead time.
