What the documents do, and do not, establish
The three ISO certificates list a defined management-system scope for specified pipeline fittings and valve categories within stated pressure limits. The production licence covers the licensed pressure-pipeline-valve activity shown on the document. Neither statement should be read as automatic certification of every model for every destination market.
- Confirm the legal entity named on the document.
- Check the certificate number, issue date and validity date.
- Read the product and pressure scope before using the file in supplier approval.
- List any project-specific approval requirement in the RFQ.
The certificates display the registered address held when they were issued. HSVA’s current business licence records the Dongguan Nancheng office. The original documents are retained without alteration; buyers can request the current business licence and relevant certificates together for review.
Send the approval list before the quotation is finalised.
Market approvals, material records, inspection plans and test reports are order-specific. Add the required documents to the valve schedule so availability, cost and timing can be checked before production.
